  This oceanfront welcome reception at the Eden Roc Resort made great use of the swimming pool with live mermaids and mermen.





The graffitti station featured pro artists who created

a custom template of the client logo and enjoyed showing guests the magic of color ejected from

spray guns.



Always popular - the make your own mojito bar with talented mixologists, plenty of juicy fresh fruits and the chance to create something completely unique.

   
Good Ideas in Action



 As members of GMIC (Note that the Green Meetings Industry Council was recently and strategically absorbed into the Convention Industry Council) we are always looking for ways to green our client's meetings and events. One of our most popular campaigns is collecting leftover foamcore signage from our partner hotels and donating to the local schools for

art projects. Here is a picture of our office collection.



One school got very resourceful and used the

foamcore to make voting booths for a timely classroom civics lesson.

This organization offers their members professional development and career opportunities through grants and scholarships as they propel the meeting and event industry forward by funding pan-industry research.
