A beautiful Florida day for a catamaran sail with Margie Mitchell and our friends, the great sales team from PGA Resort and Spa in
Palm Beach.

A special shout out to the lovely and deciated super star sales team from HOST. 
The HOST Forum has been awarded to Miami!
This annual event brings together great DMCs from all over the World, who make up the HOST Alliance, with a fantastic group of corporate clients and top planners to share best practices. Several days of educational sessions, top speakers, local tours and activities, entertainment and dazzling evening events make this a marquis conference.

 A Message Comes to Life in the
Dominican Republic      
We were tasked with creating a theme that would carry multi-faceted messages throughout a conference. We designed the graphics for the stage and perimeter panels reaching 20' high,  provided by Soluciones Ingeniosas, a local agency. The meeting room was narrow but with the high ceilings and dramatic elements, it became a lively and vibrant meeting environment.   

We brought in team builders to 'break the ice' before the meeting and then to conduct a more in depth custom designed activity in the afternoon. 

The client's talk show style meeting format was a huge success with our Master of Ceremonies.
