Up-date on the Bahamar complex in Bahamas:

The project has filed for Chapter 11 protection while they battle out competing claims against the financiers, the contractors, the  Bahamaian government and all parties being blamed for the repeated delays and subsequent loss of revenue.

The resort exterior is complete, the casino is complete, driving up you cannot see parts of the unfinished interiors and grounds.

 It may literally be too big to fail, a project that the Bahamas government is scrambling to get completed.
