On a tour of the Friedrich Wenner GmbH packaging solutions factory, it quickly becomes clear that compressed air plays a major role in every area. Kaeser compressors are also tied into the energy supply. All of their exhaust heat is recovered and sent to a large heat storage tank at Wenner's energy center, and the hot exhaust air is used to help heat the production warehouse.
