Join the Women's Business Network of the Chamber for an After-Hours Mixer on Thursday, March 20, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at Knit Knacks Entwined, 7227 N. High St., Suite 119 A (in the The Shops at Worthington Place).
Mingle with other businesswomen at a relaxing and informative after-hours mixer hosted by Karen Dendiu and Heather Morrow.
Meet one of our newest Chamber-member businesses and one of the mall's newest tenants. Enjoy some wine, soft drinks and hors d'oeuvres as you network and learn about the stress-relieving, creative outlet of knitting -- and the business of marketing unusual yarns of Ohio-farmed alpaca, llama and other fibers.
Karen and Heather will demonstrate and offer interested guests the opportunity to complete a simple knitting and/or crocheting project. Finished knitted garments are available for sale.
At Knit Knacks Entwined, knitting and crochet enthusiasts of all skill levels (including kids' groups) can find unusual, exotic natural fiber yarns, in a welcoming, community atmosphere where people of all ages can experience the art of fabric through courses and workshops, coaching, practice and individual attention. Do you knit? Bring a project you are working on to share or to seek coaching and advice.
