 Sip, savor and shop
at Reds, Whites & Desserts, the Chamber's annual fundraiser.
The Worthington Area Chamber of Commerce invites you to celebrate our 16th annual Reds, Whites & Desserts event at Bridgewater Banquet & Conference Center, 10561 Sawmill Pkwy., Powell 43065, on Friday, April 26, from 7 to 10 p.m. We toast the sponsors, auction donors, auction bidders and event guests who will help us continue Reds, Whites & Desserts as a vintage Chamber tradition. Major sponsors of the event include Anthony Lordo, D.D.S. LLC; B&C Blacktop Sealing Co., Worthington Jewelers and Bridgewater Banquet & Conference Center. Wine station sponsors include Dayton Precision Services*; Craig W. Bringman Co., LPA and Insurance Agencies of Ohio; Brookdale Senior Living and The Maurer Group; The Guernsey Bank; Huntington National Bank; Lake Business Products; The Rite Bite; and Tilton's Automotive Service. Patron sponsors include The Laurels of Norworth and The Laurels of Worthington and Next Day Signs. Diamond Innovations is a Friend sponsor.
Fine wines, fancy desserts, savory foods and tempting auction packages will compete for guests' attention. This year, we've added a live auction for several major items to the silent auction for more than 50 packages. We invite you to sip, savor and shop, as you ...
- Sample fine wines at tasting stations presented by Chamber-member businesses and learn about them from the experts at each station. Record your tasting observations and opinions in the event program guide, where sponsors, presenters and supporters are recognized and promoted.
- Dine on hot and cold hors d'oeuvres and entrees prepared by Bridgewater Banquet & Conference Center and other food contributors. Sample them at the hors d'oeuvres station and when offered by catering staff who will circulate throughout the event.
- Indulge in (and bid on) desserts from area restaurants, caterers and bakeries. Coffees from the coffee station are the perfect complement.
- Shop for bargains while you support the Chamber, as you engage in friendly, competitive bidding for themed auction packages. Many have a "green" theme this year, and include travel, restaurant meals, sports and theatrical events, flowers, spa services, household decor, foods and gift items.
- Note: This year, Reds, Whites & Desserts will include a live auction for four large and popular items, in addition to silent auctions for 63 additional packages. Watch your email for descriptions of both live and silent auction offerings.
Reservations for the event are $55 per person. Several sponsor packages also include tickets, as well as seating and/or advertising.
Click here to register online, or call the Chamber office at (614) 888-3040.
We hope to see you at Reds, Whites & Desserts!

---------------------------------------------------------- * In memoriam Sponsorship of Reds, Whites & Desserts by Dayton Precision Services (DPS) will continue at the request of the Keaney family, despite the unexpected death of DPS owner Jim Keaney yesterday. Jim was the single largest contributor to the Reds, Whites & Desserts event in recent years and thoroughly enjoyed the event and the auctions. Deepest sympathies are extended to Lynda, Sharon and Bill Keaney and their family. | Joe Davis of Worthington Jewelers presents Jim and Lynda Keaney with custom jewelry they purchased at last year's Reds, Whites & Desserts event. |
