Retail at the Capitol E-mail Resumes February 21, 2014
 When both the Minnesota House and Senate closed out the first year of the legislative biennium, they voted to begin next year's session at noon on February 25, 2014. As such, regular publication of this Retail at the Capitol e-mail will resume February 21, 2014. MnRA will publish periodic issues of Retail at the Capitol as policies from the 2013 session unfold and off-season work begins on 2014 items.
