Taiyo Predicting a Bright and Colorful 2015!

As we approach the end of 2014 it's time to reflect on the past year, think about and be thankful for the good things that happened, try to forget the bad things, take stock in what happened this year, learn from it and move on to the greater and brighter prospects of 2015.

Despite the fact that recent polls (like the one published recently by USA Today) indicate that over half of all Americans expect 2015 to be worse than 2014, I'm not buying it. Frankly, I just can't wait for 2015 to get started. That's because we at Taiyo have been working very hard to make sure that we offer our customers a much brighter and yes, more colorful 2015.

Here is what we've got in store for you:

  • Inkjet Solder Mask is here: We'll be bringing out our new inkjet solder mask at last. We at Taiyo have been working on this product for a while now wanting the product to be absolutely perfect before we introduce it. Well we're there, the product is ready and I predict that you're going to love it!
  • Get ready for Taiyo's new high-performance solder mask PSR-4000 CC01SE. We have spent two years developing this product right here in our Carson City labs. This is the highest performing solder mask we have ever produced and I'm proud to say that not only have we developed it domestically but we also produced it using only local raw materials, this keeping the costs down and passing these savings on to you. This new solder mask will hit your production lines in 2015!
  • We've got a brand new LED white solder mask with the most robust color stability of any white solder mask on the market today.
  • And yes, we have a brand new and exciting spray product coming out that will meet all of our customers' spray lines.
  • And finally, I saved the best for last, we have a new Direct Imaging solder mask that not only promises to be the best product on the market today, but (and here's the best part) performs faster than anything else out there!

So you can understand where my optimism for 2015 comes from.  All I can say is that we're not only ready, but downright anxious for the new year. Bring it on!

Oh and another great thing about 2015 is that we get to see all of you in February at the IPC Apex Expo in San Diego (in our new booth! # 1810) and in the fall at Productronica in Munich!

Please be sure to come by and check out all of the new things we have in store for you this year; a brighter and much more colorful 2015!

Talking with Precision Circuits West's President Sam Akbari

The best part of doing these interviews is getting to talk with some of Taiyo America's customers, especially when I get to meet them for the first time, which is the case this month when I talk to Sam Akbari of Precision Circuits West.
