Derbytaunt is Gotham Girls Roller Derby's annual party to introduce our fresh crop of rookie skaters and incoming transfers to derby society.
Don't miss the dramatic team assignment ceremony. Who's going to ride with the Gridlock? Shackle up on Mayhem? Staff the Queens dungeon? Go sailing with the Bombshells?
Doors open at 8pm, ceremony commences at 9pm.

JUNIOR DERBY
Gotham Girls Roller Derby is excited to announce the formation of our Junior Derby league!  We are dedicated to training and developing young roller derby skaters at all skill levels and providing opportunities to play in a fun, safe environment.Do you know a girl aged 8-17 who can't wait to roll?
Basic and Beginners Training spots still available for the future rollergirls in your life! This 10-week session, coached by veteran Gotham skaters and league coaches, starts by covering basic skating form, stops, starts, and safe falls and works up to partner skating and light contact.

REC LEAGUE
Always dreamed of learning to play Roller Derby?
Get out of the stands and into some skates with Gotham Girls Roller Derby's Basic Training and Recreational League - open to women and men 18 and older!
We've recently given Rec League a major overhaul to better serve the tri-state area's roller derby community.
Two levels of 10-week Basic Training sessions (open to women and men) teaches derby basics and hones skating skills, while
Rec League (open to women only) focuses on improving skills in game scenarios and gives you access to twice-monthly open scrimmages with current and former GGRD skaters.
Whether you're just starting out, perfecting your game, or just want some additional practice and scrimmage time, there's a Rec League level for you.
