From the Principal
Progress reports will be sent home on Friday, January 29. Several revisions have been made to this reporting tool in an effort to more effectively communicate each student's learning progress. Please take time to read the letter accompanying your student's progress report as it includes important information regarding these revisions as well as changes to the grading scale. At Evergreen, we recognize each child as a unique and irreplaceable image bearer of God. A progress report, test score or any other assessment cannot fully encapsulate the complexity of the whole child. Please keep in mind that progress reports are one glimpse into your child's development. Parent-teacher conferences are scheduled for March but if you have any pressing questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact your child's teacher. We see Christian education as a partnership between home and school and we are privileged that you entrust your children to us at Evergreen. Thank you for your continued partnership. Grace and Peace,
Becky Werdon
