NEW! Historic Homes - Guided Tours

Starting in January 2015

Explore historic architecture, domestic life, and all of the elements that made a house a home over the past 300 years with a guided group tour through one of our many historic buildings. These focused tours will give your group a more in-depth look at life in the past and explore how aesthetics and home design have changed since 1700.

Reservations required 30 days in advance. Schedules are based on availability. Group Minimum of 10, Group Maximum of 25. $8-12/person.

Living History Farms is a non-profit, historical, educational foundation located at 11121 Hickman Road, Urbandale, Iowa. Operations and maintenance are dependent upon gate receipts, memberships, and contributions. Living History Farms will reopen for touring May 1, 2015.
