Dinner begins at 6:30 pm.  The brewers from Greensboro will be talking about the different beers that are paired with the menu -- this is going to be wonderful!

Garlic & Beer Manilla Clams with steamed littleneck clams, Red Oak Beer, Harmony Ridge elephant garlic & shallots, Shore Farms basil and garlic buttered crostini

Grilled Shrimp & Cherry Salad with mixed greens, Michigan dried cherries, Harmony Ridge Sun Gold tomatoes, Granny Smith apples, maple smoked white cheddar and apple & ale vinaigrette
