Proclamations Help Build Awareness About MS
The PA Government Relations Committee wants to raise awareness about MS among our elected officials and is undertaking a "Proclamation Blitz" to try and get every town and city in the state to issue a proclamation about MS. You can help by asking your township/city officials to issue a proclamation recognizing MS Awareness Week, taking place from March 11 to 17. It's easy! The proclamation language is already written and Frank Austin, a member of the PA Government Relations Committee, is available to talk you through it and offer assistance. If interested, please contact Frank at 412-315-9158 or by email. N.J. Advocacy Survey: We Want to Hear From You We are currently collecting information from people impacted by MS in N.J. This information will be used to help the N.J. Government Relations Committee in making decisions about which issues to work on this year. If you are a N.J. resident and are living with MS, have a friend or family member living with MS, or volunteer for the Society, please take a few moments to complete the survey. If you require any assistance in completing the survey, please email Karen Mariner.
