"Andrew Manley could be a "wild card" in the 2015 QB class. He's a pro-style passer who isn't playing a lot at New Mexico State because the Aggies' system doesn't quite match his skills," Brandt writes. "He is a strong-armed, drop-back quarterback playing on an option team."

January 27, 2015 - We are happy to announce the signing of 2015 NFL Draft eligible QUARTERBACK ANDREW MANLEY (6030/225) ,out of Eastern Illinois University, via New Mexico State University. EIU is not conducting a Pro Day, so he has obtained permission to participate at nearby Northwestern University's Pro Day on March 3.
Andrew started his college career at New Mexico State University where he played in 5 games as a true freshman in the 2010 season. His 3 seasons at NMSU were highlighted by a huge road win over Big 10 opponent Minnesota.
Following the 2012 season, the Aggies made a head coaching change and a fundamental change to their offense, moving away from the pro style attack and Manley's strongest skill set as a quarterback. He was granted his release and transferred to Eastern Illinois University where he played the 2013 and 2014 NCAA seasons.
Following the 2014 season, Manley played in a pair of all star games, the FCS Senior Scout Bowl (December 2014, Myrtle Beach, SC) and the Dream Bowl (January 2015, Virginia Beach, VA). Manley was 14-21, 170, 1 TD, 0 INT in the Dream Bowl. Stats from the FCS Scout Bowl are not available.
Manley is currently training for the February 21 NFL Regional Combine in Denver at Athletic Gaines in Las Vegas. He is planning to return to EIU for Pro Day.
