How Does It Work?
 
There is an initial set-up process and then each month on a designated date, we create, publish and distribute an e-newsletter with a single featured article plus 1-2 marketing promotions to your distribution list.


 
Initial Set-Up
 
  • Set-up an e-mail delivery service account (i.e. Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.) and upload your contacts;
  • Create and design your e-newsletter template;
  • Create e-mail sign-up form and install on your Wordpress website or provide HTML code to your webmaster for installation.

 
What We Do

  • Provide content for featured article related to the theme;
  • Provide photo to illustrate the featured article; 
  • Edit and format your personal note and promotions; 
  • Upload e-newsletter to your template; 
  • Proofread your e-newsletter and test all links;
  • If e-newsletter can be archived for additional posting, forward to you the archived link.
 
What You Do

 

  • Identify a monthly theme for each issue of your e-newsletter;
  • Provide a personal greeting/message and information about any promotions to be offered in each month's e-newsletter; 
  • Optional: Personalize featured article to integrate your brand and/or specialized content within the body of the article;
  • Optional: Post archived links to website or other social media.  
Costs

Option 1: $125.00 per month plus $200.00 Initial Set-Up Fee 

 

You Get: 1 E-newsletter Per Month

 

[First month & set-up fee charged due now; recurring payments are charged on the 1st of each month; 6-month minimum commitment required.]

 

Option 2: $1,200.00 annually plus $200.00 Initial Set-Up Fee

 

You Get: 1 E-Newsletter Per Month PLUS 1 Special Edition  

 

[Total due $1400.00 now; extra special edition can be used to celebrate your company's anniversary, the holidays--whenever you want!]
