You are receiving this email because you are subscribed to receive construction updates on the Otay 1st Pipeline project in City Heights.
Project Update:
·  Potholing, a construction practice that verifies the location of underground utilities, has been completed.
·  High lines are now being installed on Polk Avenue from 33rd Street to 40th Street.  High lines are two-inch pipes that are hooked up to a water source and run along the curb.  These lines provide potable water to your property through an above-ground connection to your water meter.
·  Please exercise caution when parking cars along the street as the high-lines and connections can be damaged.
·  Installation of the new water main will begin the week of June 22 and the entire phase will be completed by October 1.

How your neighborhood may be impacted:
·   Parking and access restrictions
·   Towing will be enforced
·   Through traffic will be maintained at all times
·   Traffic control will be in place
