You are receiving this email because you are subscribed to receive construction updates on the Otay 1st Pipeline project in City Heights.

Project Update:

Potholing, a construction practice that verifies the location of underground utilities, has been completed.

High lines are now being installed on Polk Avenue from 33rd Street to 40th Street.  High lines are two-inch pipes that are hooked up to a water source and run along the curb.  These lines provide potable water to your property through an above-ground connection to your water meter.

Please exercise caution when parking cars along the street as the high-lines and connections can be damaged.

Installation of the new water main will begin the week of June 22 and the entire phase will be completed by October 1.
