Dear Friends,
Nelson Mandela once said, "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world." Hip Hop Sisters Foundation is a prime example of how celebrities can and should use their platform to make a difference in the lives of others by making a higher education possible. We are excited to have two #EducateOURMen scholars finishing up their first year at Dillard University, and four more starting in the fall.
Our vision is greater than we are able to manifest independently. As such, we thank you for your monthly contribution and admonish you where possible to increase your donation to perpetuate excellence among our youth. It is imperative that we, in this day and time, demonstrate our support for youth through ACTION. Besides, anything you love you'll support.
We are sure that assisting our young men and women will help to edify and rebuild our families. These young people, God -willing will grow and become the next president of you the United States, the next attorney to fight in court on your behalf, the next doctor to save your mother's life, or perhaps the next CEO of Hip- Hop Sisters Foundation. Either way they need our continued support in order to meet their divine assignment.
We would like to thank you in advance for your increased contribution. The future truly belongs to those who prepare for it. Our scholars are working hard to reach their educational goals - a generous contribution will help reinforce its importance.
Sincerely,
Lana "MC Lyte" Moorer | Founder
