Lincoln Park Zoological Society: Free learning fun for kids of all ages, Tuesdays at 10:00am! Come to the Manitowoc Lincoln Park Zoo every Tuesday throughout the summer for creative educational programs. Also on Saturdays from 9:00 to 10:00am throughout the summer, starting June 18. Local fitness instructors will lead you through fun exercise routines designed for the whole family, with classes ranging from Laugh Yoga, Kickboxing and Family Bootcamp. $5 per person, per class or $35 for the summer. Peter's Pantry is in need of a two-door upright freezer to store donated cakes. Cakes are donated from area stores and are given to families for their birthdays. Our pantry feeds 200-250 families per week and relies strictly on donations. We rely on area businesses to help us with food and operating costs. If you are or know of a business upgrading who would be willing to donate or sell one to us, please contact the Pantry at (920) 682-6989.

A.C.E. Building Service, Inc. was selected as the design/build contractor for an expansion and renovation to Country Vision Cooperative's Manitowoc Convenience Store in Manitowoc Rapids. Located at 311 N. Rapids Rd., the project will feature an expanded Subway™ restaurant area, new walk-in beer cave, and a complete interior renovation of the existing store. The project will be completed in phases and will remain open to customers for the duration of the project. 
 
Manitowoc Area Visitor & Convention Bureau: EVP Coolest Coast Volleyball Tournament is coming to Two Rivers July 15-17. On Friday, July 15 from 3:00 to 5:00pm the Extreme Volleyball Professionals will be hosting a Corporate Challenge. For any business interested, you may enter a team of four players for $100. The challenge includes four meal tickets, four beverage tickets, and four t-shirts. You and your team will compete in 10-minute games of volleyball, beerzbee and corn hole. Manitowoc County Historical Society invites visitors to share their history this summer with a special "Name Your Price" promotion on Saturday, July 9. Visitors are invited to name their own price for admission for that particular day, from 9:00am to 4:00pm at the Society's Museum, 924 Pinecrest Rd., Manitowoc. The revenue the Society receives from admissions directly supports the non-profit museum's programming and operation. There will also be local prizes awarded throughout the "Name Your Price" day. Holy Family Memorial (HFM) is offering a program to help you become independent of tobacco. Through a five-week process, participants can receive help to quit using tobacco and live a new lifestyle. Wisconsin Maritime Museum is hosting an artist reception featuring its new exhibit,  Fish Carver: The Art of Roger Newhouse on Tuesday, June 28, from 3:00 to 6:00pm. Attendees can meet woodcarver Roger Newhouse of Niagara, WI and view his entire collection, which he began in the year 2000 and donated to the museum in 2016. The exhibit features over 40 carvings of Wisconsin fish using a variety of wood types. The reception is free with museum admission or museum membership.
