Manitowoc County Historical Society will bring to life the story of WOMT/WQTC Radio during the Kadow years with a "Hungry for History" series presentation on Saturday, October 17, at the Heritage Center, 1701 Michigan Ave., Manitowoc. Learn about WOMT Radio during the Kadow years from Patrick Willis with a presentation at 5:00pm and a catered meal to follow. Tickets are $20 for members and $25 for non-members. Holy Family Memorial (HFM): The HFM Wellness Center will be celebrating 10 years of business in October with a membership special and event. From October 1-10, any new member signing up for a 12-month membership enrolls for $10 and October is free. Also, 10 favorite group exercise classes will be offered on Super Sunday, October 4, from 7:30am to 12:30pm. Classes are free for members. There will be music, food provided by A&W, beverages, and opportunities to see and take pictures with the floats and community business mascots.
