Every Tuesday, The Chamber of Manitowoc County sends out an email with the subject line "Tuesday Tidbits and Hot Deals". As a Chamber member you are welcome to submit a short message (85 words or less) that we will share with our membership. There is a limit of one per company per week, and Tidbits will be accepted up to two weeks prior to the event/promotion. Tidbits will be published consecutively for a maximum of two weeks. Another great value-added marketing tool available to you at no cost.
Please submit weekly messages by Monday at 4:00 p.m. to info@chambermanitowoccounty.org, with "Tuesday Tidbits" in your email subject line. Emailing your submission to any other email address does not guarantee inclusion.

Camp TaPaWingo is offering several camps for children ages 7 through 14 available this summer. Manitowoc County Farm Bureau and Manitowoc County Dairy Promotion Committee invite you to the 2013 Breakfast on the Farm on Sunday, June 9, from 8:00 a.m. until noon. This year's event will be held at the Sunnyslope Dairy farm located at 20507 Sunnyslope Road in Reedsville. The breakfast menu includes a ham and cheese omelet, sausage links, variety of cheeses, strawberry yogurt, donut holes, and ice cream sundaes. Attractions include farm tours, children's activities and photos with a calf. UW-Green Bay: The Wisconsin Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at UW-Green Bay, a program of UW-Extension's Division of Entrepreneurship and Economic Development, is co-sponsoring an educational event presented by the International Franchise Association. Manitowoc Public Library: Summer library programs for children, teens and adults, will kick off during the week of June 10. These reading incentive and special events programs will continue into early August. This year's children's theme is Dig into Reading. For teens, sixth grade and up the theme is Beneath the Surface, and kicks off Wednesday, June 12, at 2:00 p.m. The theme for the Adult Summer Library program is Ground Breaking Reads. All three programs are free and open to the public. Weekly prizes will be awarded for participation and reading.

The Rahr-West Art Museum proudly presents "Frank Lloyd Wright, Architecture of the Interior", in the Ruth West Gallery June 19, through August 14, 2013. Wright is one of Wisconsin's most famous artists and one of the world's best architects. The exhibit will explore the design of Wright's houses - often considered his greatest architectural accomplishment - through reproduction drawings, photographs and murals. UW-Manitowoc has 20 scholarships available for returning adult students for the fall semester thanks to a generous donation from the Hooper Foundation to the UW-Manitowoc Foundation. Ten $2,500 scholarships are available for adult students who apply for admission for the fall 2013 semester, and ten $1,500 scholarships are available for adult students who are already enrolled and continuing their education at UW-Manitowoc in the fall.
