Your Support Helps Create an Inclusive Military Culture!!

IMAGINE a culture of inclusion and acceptance for all of America's service members, veterans, and families. MPFC is working to make that culture a reality. In the coming weeks, MPFC President, Ariana Bostian-Kentes, will be delivering LGBT Military Cultural Competency Trainings for Senior Leaders at the Pentagon.

This opportunity to educate and to inform future policy is huge and we need your help in making this and our other work continue! Your $100, $50, or $25 gift helps MPFC continue our educational outreach around the country. This initiative isn't just about training those within our military and those who serve our military families to be able to provide culturally competent services; it's about changing our military's culture for the better.

Red Cross

MPFC has always been about breaking barriers! This past week, under an award from NN/LM*, MPFC delivered, "LGBT Cultural Competence: Serving Today's United States Military" to over 30 site managers and supervisors at the American Red Cross Emergency Communications Center Leadership Conference. The training, intended to inform participants on understanding the unique experiences of LGBT military personnel and their families, will serve to better equip the American Red Cross when dealing with emergency communications from military families of all types.
