Stay in Touch in Summer's Second Half

We have a new service offering for the second half of summer. For those of you who will be vacationing in August and would feel better by staying in touch with your email, we can help you set up email and resolve error messages on iOS and Droid devices. We do it by accessing your mobile device through a new tool we've acquired.

We tested our systems during family trips this spring and summer. If you wondered: "Where in the world is Norman?" it didn't matter. Norman was accessible when you needed him.

Naturally, the service is available for all of our clients who aren't traveling. Just drop us a note  or give us a call at 973-433-6676, and we'll set up an appointment to keep you connected.

When we all return to full activity after Labor Day, Sterling Rose will be sponsoring our kids' youth soccer teams. And while we watch our kids getting their kicks, we'll also be keeping an eye on all the new gadgets hitting the market for the holiday season.

Disabling IE Add-On Messages

Want to get rid of those pesky add-on messages when browsing in IE (Internet Explorer)?  It's relatively easy. Just follow these steps.

Doing the Right Thing

We ask a lot of questions when we get requests for quotes. Why? The simple answer is that it's the right thing to do to serve you better. Taking a few extra minutes early in the process saves hours of time and lots of money down the road.  Here's how we helped a new client.

Unlicensed Software

Not having a valid product key or software licensing verification can bring a new system installation to a grinding halt. Here's how you can prevent or minimize problems.

Windows 8 - The Saga Slogs On

We've seen the early reviews on Windows 8.1, and we're still not impressed. If you're planning to migrate from XP, we have a Windows 7 solution.
