Do You Stretch After You Ride?

If Not, You Should!

The good weather has many people out riding their bikes again. It can be a great way to get exercise, or an even better way to commute to work if you can...but if you are not doing some regular stretching after you ride, you could end up with a nagging injury. Getting to these a couple times a week will help to keep you on the roads and trails and out of our offices. To get a PDF handout click here...give em a try. They're also not too bad to try after a long day of sitting at your desk!
