Technology is advancing at such a fast pace to make our lives easier...but instead of helping us, it might be leading to more health issues. There have been a number of studies that are correlating a sedentary lifestyle with a higher mortality rate...and sedentary is what many of us are becoming now that we spend 12-15 hours a day sitting in cars, at our computers or in front of the television. Don't Let The Cold Weather Keep You From Staying Fit!

For some people, the thought of exercising outside this time of year is just plain crazy. Why do today, what you can put off till the spring, right?
