Strengthening Your Abdominal Muscles

There is no shortage of advice on "the best" exercises for abdominals. Take a look at the fitness and wellness magazines and every month they will have the "new best exercise" for abdominal strengthening. One thing we know is that having a strong "core" is important for mobility, balance and overall fitness. There are 100's of ways to strengthen your abdominals, but sometimes keeping it simple gets the job done. Here is a simple workout that will get you going in the right direction. We are not promising "abs of steel" or a washboard stomach...but you should start to see some improved strength and abdominal endurance, both which are very important. Click here for the program
