Just about everyone is using thier smart phone, thier laptop or desktop and then some time logging in with thier tablet. After that, maybe some time relaxing infront of the television...sound familiar? While all this is happening our neck muscles are getting tighter and weaker and this is leading to headaches, muscle spasms and these things are preventing us from enjoying life.
