Our Favorite Exercises For:

Strengthening and Stretching Your Neck..

If you are like the majority of the population, the amount of "screen time" that you log each day is getting longer and longer. Just about everyone is using thier smart phone, thier laptop or desktop and then some time logging in with thier tablet. After that, maybe some time relaxing infront of the television...sound familiar? While all this is happening our neck muscles are getting tighter and weaker and this is leading to headaches, muscle spasms and these things are preventing us from enjoying life. We have put together a few simple to follow videos for some exercises to help you give them a try, click on the picture above...and if you have ANY questions, give us a call.

Ready To Race...
Time For A Summer Fun Run!
On of our affiliates, Endurance Fitness Systems, is hosting a series of road races this summer...all on one day and they have a run for just about everyone. There will be a 5K, 10K and a Half-Marathon. The race starts and finishes on the campus of Stonehill College in Easton and is part of the Narragansett Summer Running series. The date is July 21st and Blue Hills Sports & Spine is one of the race sponsors. We will have a tent set up to talk about any aches and pains you might have before and after the race. So click the photo above to take you to the webpage for the race, sign up and get out there and start training. If you register before June 15th, you will get a don't delay. Hope to see you there!
Patient Success Story!
Weymouth Patient Wins 5 Gold Medals...

Please join us in congratulating Virginia Lindsay, 80 years young of Weymouth, MA who recently competed in the Quincy Senior Olympics. She was a patient at our Weymouth facility from January to March of 2013. She presented with a spinal nerve palsy causing severe weakness of her right shoulder blade region and the inability to use her arm. When she first started physical therapy, she was unable to lift her right arm past her shoulder level. She attended physical therapy faithfully 2 x week for 10 weeks and worked as hard as a 25 year old. Two months after she finished physical therapy treatment, she came to visit us in the clinic adorned with medals and full mobility of her shoulder! We are so excited for our former patient and impressed by her stellar performance in the Quincy Olympics. She is a perfect example of what hard work and dedication can accomplish!
