Attract and Retain the "Best and the Brightest" Employees in 2016
Participate in "Fair Pay for Northern California Nonprofits: The 2016 Compensation and Benefits Survey"

547 nonprofit organizations, reporting on over 27,000 jobs, participated in the 2015 survey, published by Oakland-based Nonprofit Compensation Associates (NCA), making it the largest and most robust in the survey's 37-year history!

Participation in the survey by Monterey County Nonprofits increased from 9 in 2014 to 24 in 2015, or a whopping 167%!  Help us make the survey even bigger and more robust in 2016.

67% of the 2015 survey's participants see hiring challenges in the year ahead, as economic conditions continue to improve. They foresee increased competition from their colleagues and businesses to attract and retain the "best and brightest" employees. More than they have in recent years, they'll need the wealth of information produced by the 2016 survey to compete effectively on this new playing field.

For more information and to participate in the 2016 survey (and acquire the 2015 survey report at 50% off), visit www.nonprofitcomp.com or email NCA at survey@nonprofitcomp.com
