Senior Needs Assessment Survey

We need your help to assure that we hear from a diverse cross-section of Monterey County residents. The results will be used to determine the needs of seniors and to establish what specific services are priority. The AAA will then use this important information in reports to the State and will make the information available to everyone to help with advocacy efforts.

Below are links to 2 survey versions (English and Spanish) that may be printed out and distributed to your staff, clients, volunteers and others, or completed online. We want to hear from all seniors 60 and older AND it would be great to hear from all ages of caretakers, people with disabilities, and service professionals. Completed paper surveys may be mailed to the AAA at the address printed at the bottom of each survey OR delivered.
