Fair Pay for Northern California Nonprofits Survey is Published
Just Published - "Fair Pay for Northern California Nonprofits: The 2014 Compensation and Benefits Survey Report" - the best survey of its kind in the country.
With 520 participating nonprofits, reporting on over 25,000 jobs, the recently published 2014 survey report is the largest and most robust in its 36-year history (smashing the all-time record of 435 participants set just last year).
Your organization will benefit greatly from this survey, especially this year.
58% of the survey's participants see hiring challenges in the year ahead, as the recent recession continues to ease. They foresee increased competition from their colleagues and businesses to attract and retain the "best and brightest" employees. More than they have in recent years, they'll need the wealth of information produced by this large and robust survey to compete effectively on this new playing field.
The 2014 survey report will provide you with invaluable information about compensation, base pay, employee benefits, salary increases, personnel policies, as well as information about how your peers have been dealing with the recent recession and data that larger organizations can use to justify to the IRS the compensation they pay their top executive employees.
To find out how your agency can acquire this must-have resource (published April 17), click on www.nonprofitcomp.com, or contact Nonprofit Compensation Associates, the publishers of the survey, at survey@nonprofitcomp.com or (510) 645-1005.
