A one-stop office for filmmakers, the Commission supports productions of all sizes and budgets. In addition to managing the Film & Television Tax Credit program,  services include an extensive digital location library, free online permitting, low cost use of state properties as shooting locations, and production assistance.

CFC Closed For Labor Day

 

Hope you had a great summer. Please note that the CFC will be closed on Monday, September 2nd in observance of the Labor Day holiday.

  

Any permits submitted after 5:00 p.m. today, August 30th will not be reviewed until Tuesday, September 3rd.

 

Please call us after the long weekend for help you with your production needs.

The Los Angeles Video Project

The Los Angeles Video Project is a community outreach multimedia program that celebrates and enlists LA's remarkable pool of filmmakers. By engaging creative members of the Los Angeles community to act and serve as Ambassadors of LA, NewFilmmakers Los Angeles (NFMLA), along with the support of the City of Los Angeles and LA Weekly are able to share what these artists call their LA; an insider perspective into this diverse, cosmopolitan city and its neighborhoods.
