Chambers Drive/Nicolaus Road Sewer Improvement Project Update

As part of ongoing construction for the Chambers Drive and Nicolaus Road Sewer Improvement Project, construction crews will be tying in the new sewer force main connection at the intersection of Waverly Drive and Nicolaus Road next Monday, July 27.  Additionally, pavement restoration in the area will begin on July 28 and continue through the end of the week.

The City is asking that all neighbors in the Teal Hollow and Glenmoor neighborhoods minimize their flows by limiting laundry, showers, and flushing between the hours of 7a.m. and 1p.m. on July 27.

No interruption to water or sewer service is planned.

On Tuesday, July 28, pavement restoration work will also begin on Chambers Drive, and continue through the beginning of the following week.  This daytime work will restrict access through Chambers Drive from 5th Street to Thomsen Way, and from Thomsen Way onto Chambers Drive.
