Adult Mosquito Treatment West of Lincoln - June 24th

A small area of western Placer, west of Lincoln, is scheduled for treatment for significant mosquito activity on June 24th between the hours of 6:30 and 7:30 a.m.  An EPA-approved mosquito adulticide will be applied in an Ultra Low Volume (ULV) fog by truck to target adult mosquitoes.

Treatment areas:

Critter Creek Road and Knickerbocker Drive, south of Nicolaus Road and east of Brewer Road, on the outskirts of western Lincoln.

Since several factors affect spraying activities, such as weather and wind conditions, the District encourages Placer residents to check the District website for any changes to the spraying schedule and accompanying maps of the planned treatment areas. For an overview of our mosquito control programs, you may view the District video, also on www.placermosquito.org
