Pavement Resurfacing Now Scheduled to Begin Oct. 30 and 31


Due to rainy weather, pavement resurfacing is now scheduled to begin October 30th and 31st. Valley Slurry Seal Company is planning to begin pavement repairs next week at various intersections on Nicolaus Road, Ferrari Ranch Road, and Joiner Parkway.  

   

The Contractor's schedule is as follows:

 

Grinding on October 30th & October 31st, 2012:

 

Nicolaus & Aviation

Nicolaus & Joiner

Joiner & 5th Street

Joiner & 3rd Street

Joiner & 1st Street  (may shift to accommodate school traffic)  

1st & Fuller  

Nicolaus & O Street   

Ferrari Ranch Road & Sun City Blvd.

Ferrari Ranch Road adjacent to Highway 65  

 

If all goes well, grinding work should be completed within two days.

 

Micro-surfacing should begin on November 1st.  

 

Micro-surfacing work will follow the same general schedule as grinding order shown above.  All work should be done in two days.   

 

Striping will be replaced approximately 7 days after placement of micro surfacing.
