It's that time again...
planning
Good day talented artists and friends!!!

Forgive this group email but it is the easiest way to catch your attention as a group.  Time does not stand still and as such we are  delighted to remind you that this is our
5th  exhibit year at 'STL'.

It's time to re-open the doors and that means a call to action.  We need your beautiful functional art!!!

What success we can measure comes in a large part from your faith in us.  All exhibit season long we are planning a celebration of our success to date and our survival!

All we can humbly say to each and everyone of you who have believed in us is "thank you, thank you"!!!

The Boutique:
You are receiving this email because you've participated in our boutique in previous years and we are hoping to carry your work this year as well.

We must confess we are running a little late with this reminder and could really use an early and positive response from those of you who wish to place your work with us throughout our exhibit season.

We will need your work by August 30, 2013 if at all possible.  If that puts undue strain on you and you still wish to participate, please reach out to rebekah at rritter@somethingslooming.com or Melanie at mmittchell@somethingslooming.com so we can work something out.

Some of you live and work a distance away and may wish to mail work to us which is fine.  It's just important that we know that it's coming and what it is.

Please email us if you are planning on putting work in the boutique this Fall and when we can get your work.

Think Fall.  It's a fine idea to switch work in out to keep it fresh and to think about the weather outside when selecting work.

Again, we really need your work as soon as possible and no later than August 30th so that we can get it inventoried and tagged.

Thank you again for your support.   We are humbled by it!

While we mostly maintain a "Fiber Only" policy in the boutique and only Handmade Holidays is open to all crafts, some artists are just a perfect fit for our boutique and exceptions are sometimes made.  To that end, if you know an exceptional functional artist who is either a fiber artist or fits that 'unique' niche, please feel free to forward this email!
