DID YOU KNOW?

According to a survey conducted by Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, the effects that fires and natural disasters have on businesses are much higher now than they were 10 to 15 years ago.

Why?

While the scams the BBB discusses in its survey impacted homeowners, construction companies can also be subject to fraud. It's important for a construction company to remember that all work done by a subcontractor is regarded as the contractor's work. That means a poor job performed by an electrician that causes damage later on could be considered the contractor's liability.
