Where Time Stands Still 
28th Street YMCA - Los Angeles, CA
After 9 months of restoration, Spectra Company recently wrapped up work on the 28th Street YMCA, in Los Angeles. Alongside General Contractor: Alpha Construction, Architect: Koning Eizenberg Architecture and Historic Consultant: Historic Resources Group the entire exterior and interior of the Spanish Colonial Revival building was completed. Just Starting -
United Artist Theatre   

Working alongside Morley Builders, we are commencing restoration on the United Artist Theater in Los Angeles. The scope of work for this Spanish Gothic Style landmark will include, but is not limited to, restoration of terra cotta, ornamental plaster, decorative painting, metal, cast in place concrete and windows.

Constance Hotel   
For the past couple of months we have been working with Singpoli Construction and Historic Resources Group, on the renovation of the Constance Hotel. This building is located in the heart of Pasadena's Business District and is well under way.The scope of work for the project includes restoration of ornamental concrete, marble, windows, doors, tile, granite, and ornamental metal, to name a few. Bob Hope Patriotic Hall

AIA Inland California Chapter January Program
 
On January 16th Spectra Company sponsored the AIA Inland California Chapter January Program at the Riverside Art Museum. The Program included a presentation by Michael Burch Architects and was enjoyed by all!  
    
 
Long Beach Heritage Annual Awards Benefit
 

On February 21, 2013 Wilmore City Heritage will be accepting an award from Long Beach Heritage for the restoration work that we completed on the Jergins Pillars located in the Wilmore Heritage Garden.
