 Who Are Our Spiritual Guides?
We are the parts of you that stand outside of Time, tested by our own capacities for wisdom and understanding, witnesses to that which takes place within Time.
We stand with others who have stood the test of Time and shown that they are willing to be trusted with further capacities/capabilities and wisdom that is to be turned into reality t/here on the earth.
Love is all there is. [smile] Pretence is not a societal ruling that we are aware of. You people can pretend to love or you can really/truly love. We want you to really/truly love--others, your planet, the world you have built from sand. We see your light downplayed, and we want to kick it up a notch, and see you shine in all your brilliance!
You are a heavensent being, to show what real/true love is. We are here to show others how to live in love, breathing in and out our love, perfecting our beings in love, and in truth leading others back to their appropriate fold (the Heart of God) safely and harmoniously. <3
We are the colors, the clowns of the universe--laughing and frolicking in the heavenly waves of the skies. We are the people you hate, wishing and daring you to love us. We are the people you want to become like, your role models and mentors. We are your children, who take after you and want to become like you. All of us are you. And vice versa, all your hopes and dreams are us. |

 Meditation: Zing Along!
PEACE IN YOUR HEART
When we sit to meditate, who knows what thoughts are going to spring across the landscape of our mind? Our world is populated with thoughts, which enliven and enrich our life on planet Earth. We engage with the world through our thoughts; we get things done. We communicate what lies within us; and we denote that which brings our life value.
When we sit to meditate, we sit in anticipation of our own splendor. We are aware of our potential greatness, of life songs unsung, of our dreams not yet achieved. We know we are capable of reaching what others may say is unattainable, and we insist on making our way forward, no matter the obstacles.
In meditation, there are always roads to be followed, answers to questions, and planets to explore. And our pendulum is a useful ally in choosing which channel to flow our energies into next.
The next time you sit in meditation, feel the naturalness of allowing peace into your heart. Sit in peace, without feeling the need to gaze around your thought-landscape to see what's there. Simply sit and feel the peace, the quiet, the still calmness, all within you.
Hold this frequency of peace, for the wellbeing of the planet and all living things upon it. And no matter what thoughts you choose daily for enlivening your life, remember to maintain this peace within your heart. |

Zing begins fulltime work at Three Roots Wellness Center in North East, Maryland, teaching Ascension Meditation and Reiki Healing.
June 15, 2014
Zing flies to southern France to open a two-month Healing Clinic in Saignon, with a John of God Crystal Light Bed, Reiki sessions, and more.
July 12, 2014
Zing provides holistic activities, Provence-style, from Saignon, France, for one week of Tours in Provence. Who wants to come? |

Metaphysical Travellers
are people who travel through life with a metaphysical perspective. That means we view life as a journey. We travel from star to star as easily as we traverse the grounds we walk upon. We care about the earth, humanity, and the living planets around us. We hike up psychological mountains to see what's on the other side.
As we travel together, we support each other on our individual journeys--laughing, crying. We take each mundane aspect of physical life as a challenge to our spiritual creativity as we intend bringing more spiritual joy into our lives. | |
