New MyHome Android app released
To kickstart the new year, MyHome have released a new version of our Android app with a host of new features. In the latest version you will be able to update your account details, utilise popular website features such as On View and Price Changes and even upload rental adverts to MyHome. You will also be able to search for properties using the new BER criteria and look up holiday homes.

AIB set to double its mortgage lending
There was good news for people looking to secure a mortgage recently when Allied Irish Bank announced that it was set to double its mortgage lending target for 2013 to €2 billion. AIB, along with its subsidiary EBS, approved around €1.5 billion worth of mortgages last year - accounting for about 45% of the overall market.
