As the largest fair in metro Atlanta, the North Georgia State Fair attracts nearly 300,000 people every year from North Georgia and neighboring states. The fair features live music, free attractions and shows, farm animals, flower shows, blue ribbon competitions, local entertainment, and delicious fair foods. Enjoy free concerts by great country and contemporary Christian artists including: Kenny Rogers, Travis Tritt, Craig Campbell & more! Admission to the fair is $7.00; Children 10 and under are free.

Atlanta's best family-friendly arts and music festival is celebrating its 14th year! With a challenging 5K, Tour of Homes, live music, local food, fun-filled Kids Zone, and over 110 artist booths this free festival is not to be missed. The 5K kicks things off on Saturday before gates open at noon. Be sure to check out the tasty offerings of local restaurants and Atlanta Food Trucks while enjoying an astonishing total 16 bands over the two days. Candler Park's own Francine Reed will perform in one of her last public appearances before she is inducted into the Georgia Music Hall of Fame. Closing Saturday night will be the Western Sizzlers

The 16th annual East Atlanta Strut is a free, volunteer run neighborhood festival that celebrates and promotes the diversity of art, music, food, drink, funkiness and family that is East Atlanta. The festival takes place Saturday September 27 from 10 am - 9 pm, providing a day of fun for all ages. Live music will appear on five stages plus a Comedy Stage, Artists Market, Carnival Stalls, Community Booths, Kid's Village and the Strut Parade kicking off this year at 2 pm. All festival proceeds are put back into the neighborhood and its community outreach. Leave the car at home. Parking will be limited to neighborhood side streets so take public transportation.

This inaugural outdoor festival will include an afternoon of live music, arts and crafts, light bites from a selection of the city's top restaurants, as well as a variety of craft beer and wine options. Prime selections of lobster will be provided and prepared by executive chefs from all over the city, showcasing their signature crustacean-inspired dishes. All ages are welcome.
