Watkins Research Ranks Cresa #1 in Client Advocacy;

Survey Polls Corporate Real Estate Executives

 

We at Cresa are proud to represent so many leading companies in our area, and we strive to give them "The Tenant's Advantage" by delivering conflict-free, integrated corporate services such as Transaction Management and Project Management. While we're not bashful about sharing our story, it's even more meaningful when we receive third-party industry accolades, as was recently the case with the Watkins Research Group.

 

In its bi-annual survey of commercial real estate firms, including the major global service providers, Watkins ranked Cresa first in client advocacy among 23 firms. More than 200 senior corporate real estate executives responded to the survey, which measured perception, brand awareness, service delivery models, and customer satisfaction.

 

Client Advocacy

One of the key metrics reported is the Client Advocate Score, which is an indication of whether or not a company's clients are advocating usage of the company to their peers. This score is determined by measuring how many more clients are likely to recommend than not recommend.

 

In this category, Cresa was ranked #1 with a score of 75.4. The next most highly ranked commercial real estate firm received a score of 27.6, and only three firms achieved a positive score.

 

Other High Points

  • When rated on whether or not the service provider "adds to the bottom line" and "has a strong client orientation," Cresa topped all 22 competitors.
     
  • When rated on 10 key criteria that are important to clients, Cresa ranked first in the following categories:
    • Avoids conflicts of interest
    • Delivers on time and on budget
    • Has rational pricing
