Ann Von Brock has transitioned to a part-time role and Lance Edwards has moved into her long-time gig as VP of Planning and Community Investment. Nikki has been a "big sister" for over a decade. She feels the personal impact of her relationship with Big Brothers Big Sisters, but also reflects on United Way's impact in the community.
