Arthur Moore, a newcomer to the political world and Congressman McClintock's opponent, refused to answer California ProLife's and National Right to Life's inquiries on Life.

Numerous taxpayer associations have honored him for his leadership on state budget issues. As a congressman for the 4th district, he has voted for Life 100% of the time.
