THANKS FOR A WONDERFUL
CANTERBURY FAIR!!
Thanks to everyone, our 68th Canterbury Fair was once again a wonderful success!!  The unbelievable number of volunteers and the countless hours devoted to the many tasks required to make the Fair happen did not go unrecognized - thank you, thank you!!

It is always gratifying to see how it all comes together.  We are joined in fellowship in knowing that our efforts are supporting children and families in our community that depend on the St. George's Canterbury Fair for financial support.

We made some changes this year to generate more interest in the Fair. We expanded the White Elephant area, displayed the Artwork & Pictures on the North side of the church and moved Sporting Goods closer to the Children's games on the south side of the church. This could only be achieved with the help and support of all our volunteers.

We give special thanks to all the Committee Chairs, as well as all the individuals and businesses that have underwritten the activities and given donations to our Silent Auction.  We are most grateful!  Without their wonderful support, the Canterbury Fair would not be possible.

As always, it is the volunteer effort behind the scene months before the event and on site the day of the event that makes it all happen.  You are unsung heroes of the 2016 St. George's Fair.  We appreciate everything you have done to make the Fair a success again this year!

St. George's is a parish family that values its outreach programs that serve our surrounding communities. It is rewarding to have so many parishioners whose generosity has helped to make the Canterbury Fair an annual "not to miss" event.
