Girls' Friendly Society

Our first session will be on September 28th, when our group will hear a presentation from Betsy Smith on Bullying Survival. With Back to School amidst us, we want to start off the school year giving our girls  the tools necessary to be prepared for a potential bullying situation.

A couple of administrative reminders:

*We need one mother to provide lunch for the group. Please let us know if you are able.

*We will, again, be asking for $25 dues per girl to cover materials for our sessions and any other financial needs we may run into throughout the year.

Please submit your dues via check through Debbie in the office, or to Dianne or me at this meeting. Registration can be completed via the Church School registration form.

We look forward to seeing all of you September 28th.

Dianne Zeigler & Nicole Houston

Choir of Boys and Girls

LEARNING BY LEADING

Help your children, grandchildren and young friends learn the time-honored traditions of  Episcopal worship and the importance of music by enrolling them in the Choir of Boys & Girls. This hands-on experience will foster their participation in and understanding of our worship and will train them in singing and music. The choir assists in leading the service approximately one Sunday a month. The only requirements for membership are a fluent reading ability (of text, not music), an enthusiasm for singing, and a willingness to have fun.

Rehearsals are on Thursday afternoons from 4:30-5:15, beginning September 25th.

For more information, please contact Philip or use the online Church School registration form which includes an option for Choir participation.
