Chainsaw Dupont's Blues Extravanganza at The Celtic Knot

July 5th, 9:30pm

David "Chainsaw" Dupont has been playing with his electric blues band at the Knot for years, and we're happy to have him back this Saturday. His crisp, clean guitar licks harken back to the likes of Buddy Guy and B.B. King, but he also occasionally has a little Jimi Hendrix in him, getting into psychadelic blues/funk. Drums, bass and harmonica are his typical accompaniments, and the material he plays ranges from old blues standards to original material. More info here.
