Order online and have your cards shipped to you or order online and pick them up at the Downtown Evanston office on Monday, December 24 between 9am & 3pm.
The card can be purchased in person at the following locations:

Monday, December 24, 2012 from 9am - 3pm and regularly Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
-First Bank & Trust at 820 Church St.,
Saturday, December 22, 2012 from 8am - 1:30pm and Monday, December 24, 2012 from 8:30am - 12:30am and regularly Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm and Saturdays from 8am - 1:30pm.

Community Celebration of Kwanza - December 26, 11am

CTA Holiday Train Visits Evanston- December 22
 Dashing through the snow and over the rail lines they go, Santa and his reindeer will make their way to Evanston on the CTA Holiday Train! The CTA Holiday Train is a festive and one-of-a-kind tradition that's unique to the Chicago area and is a fun way to enjoy the city during the holiday season. The Holiday Train will visit Evanston on December 22. The train will operates from about 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. and will make stops at all stations along the respective route. Santa and his helpers will travel in his sleigh on an open flat car that is pulled by a six-car CTA train. Customers are invited to ride inside the cars, which are decorated with multi-colored lights, bows and garland and feature holiday music.

The district that Downtown Evanston is responsible for is the Special Service Area 4 (SSA4), Illinois' equivalent of a Business Improvement District (BID).
