Do you enjoy dining out in downtown Evanston? Is there anything you would change about the restaurant scene? Share your thoughts and opinions through a brief survey from a group of students at the Kellogg School of Management working on a class project studying late night dining and drinking perceptions and habits. The survey takes no more than 5 to 7 minutes to complete. Hosting can be hard! Get help from our stellar chef and butcher, Associate Meat Team Leader Edie! Learn about different cuts and basic cooking methods for beef, lamb, pork, and poultry. Then we'll head upstairs to the cooking classroom to demonstrate (and taste!) recipes.
Learn to: brine poultry, stuff a crown rack of lamb, cook and dress a prime rib, roast pork to perfection.
