If you missed the previous online registration deadline for this first-time "Power of a Woman" 5K Race taking place on April 12th, now is your chance to sign up. Paired with the only all-women's triathlon on Long Island, the event is open to women ages 14 and up, making it a perfect beginner race, or warmup event for veteran 5K runners.
