HALLOWEENERS
!

Our friendly neighborhood Spider Girls came to visit us today!  The a few members of the Hall of Justice stopped by, too! They sang songs and scored some great candy.  By the way, if you get the reference from the Spider Man theme song in the first sentence, you are an awesome super-hero geek! Test: Can you name all the Avengers?

Happy Halloween!

Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania Opens its Second Retail Store

Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania held its grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony on October 10th at its newest retail location at the Park Center Shopping Center, 1019 Commerce Boulevard in Dickson City.  The new location is BCNEPA's second walk-in store.  Blue Cross found that many healthcare consumers are looking for face-to-face interaction while shopping for health insurance.

When consumers enter the store, the colorful space speaks to the Blue Cross brand while simultaneously providing a cheerful welcome.  Meeting rooms are highlighted with local images that reinforce a commitment to the community and to the customer.  The glass walls of the pods allow natural light to travel through the space and provide visual openness, while giving customers a comfortable place to discuss insurance needs in privacy.  The customer is ultimately left with the impression that they are welcome, their needs are important, they will be listened to, and the healthcare process will be made simple.
