Another "Happy New Year"! I hope you all had a safe and joyous holiday season! O.K., enough of that. It's time to get busy. No matter when your fiscal year begins, everyone is doing so much from Thanksgiving on, it's hard to concentrate. We, like many companies, take much of that time and work on planning the next year. And planning we did! We will be introducing new HIPAA training levels. Oh, wait! Hold the phone! Not again! You don't want to hear about HIPAA. So, here's what plans we have in store for you. As you'll see in the article below, much of our services are focused on medical compliance. But, we've never stopped working for you. You may not realize it, but we have published 2 newsletters per month for some time now; one for medical, and the other not. The same is the case with our blogs. Well then... we will keep your newsletter medical free from now on. You are free to subscribe to the other newsletter if you are slightly interested. Chevy... or Mercedes?
What if you DID pay Less, or More?
So, I heard about the services of one of our competitors with an accompanying insinuation that their product was better than ours. I know, right? So, I look at this offering. Better? Better?!! BETTER? Yes, my voice pitch got higher and louder with every 'better'. Cheaper? Definitely. Different? Yes; very different, in fact. But better? My first thought was, "yeah, it's better if you are buying a Chevy. But, we sell..." Then I stopped myself. Now studying your competitor is a no-brainer for anyone in business. For those of you in sales, one thing you understand is 'a good salesperson' won't sell it if they don't believe in it. And we all know that some products are different than others; different meaning better, by the way. |

How Can You Help Me?!
We've been very involved with HIPAA training for the last couple of years. Many of you have watched us transition our marketing. Many of you were accustomed to seeing us at networking events month in and month out. But now, you're like, "What's HIPAA got to do with me?" Well, let's talk about you.
During one of our training sessions, I asked our participant how they kept the security measures for their medical clients separate from those that weren't. Yes, I'm still talking medical. But, wait. This is important! He said, and I loved his answer, "We don't. We put the highest levels of security in place. Those that aren't medical just get the benefits of increased security." See? That's cool, right?
